How does coaching with Dr. Meg work?

Individual Coaching:

Each coaching session is 45 minutes and conducted via phone, Skype and/or FaceTime. Clients are asked for an initial minimum three-month commitment to individual coaching.

Coaching Courses:

Dr. Meg offers several specialized coaching programs that range in length from four to twelve weeks. Each program follows a pre-designed weekly curriculum, however Dr. Meg personalizes the coaching each session to meet the needs and development of the client.

A typical 12-week course includes:

  • 10 one-on-one 45-minute coaching sessions with Dr. Meg
  • Weekly email communication between coaching sessions with Dr. Meg
  • Weekly personal challenges and creative assignments to deepen¬†and apply the learning into their daily lives
  • Additional resources to support learning and growth of clients
