Each coaching session is 45 minutes and conducted via phone, Skype and/or FaceTime. Clients are asked for an initial minimum three-month commitment to individual coaching.
Dr. Meg offers several specialized coaching programs that range in length from four to twelve weeks. Each program follows a pre-designed weekly curriculum, however Dr. Meg personalizes the coaching each session to meet the needs and development of the client.
A typical 12-week course includes:
10 one-on-one 45-minute coaching sessions with Dr. Meg
Weekly email communication between coaching sessions with Dr. Meg
Weekly personal challenges and creative assignments to deepen and apply the learning into their daily lives
